Japanese women are noted fro their gentle and courteous ways in as much as they are renowned for their loyalty towards their male counterparts. But that sense of loyalty is no longer considered an honour by Japanese women who are now exposed to modern ways of life influenced by the West. Thay have risen to demolish the egoism of the Japanese male.
Synopsis:
The sense of loyalty inculcated in the women of Dai Nihon over the centuries has become a controversy and vehemently opposed. michiko boldly rejected the corpse of her dead husband who commited "harakiri" along with his pregnant female companion. What was the reaction of Japanese men to this? Consequently, Tokyo and Kyoto suffered from a series of explosions and fires that which almost destroyed these cities. Who were involved in this work of destruction?
Arena Wati has successfully exposed the stratification of the society of the Japanese and their culture. His characters and their actions are examined in the minutest of detail to enable readers to understand circumstances of life in that country. Most interesting indeed is the presence of Malay characters in the midst of societal turbulance in industrial Japan.
